Hello, ladies. This week I’d like to share with you a charming, but very educational video. I’ve noticed around the office lately, that some of my colleagues lack a certain desired set of communication skills. Namely, negotiation. I don’t mean to rant or anything – BUT WHAT THE HELL LUCILLE?! WE CAN’T MAKE A “HUMOROUS-BUT-POWERFUL” COMMERCIAL FOR DOVE FREE OF CHARGE!! YOU CAN’T PAY THE BILLS WITH HUGS AND GOOD INTENTIONS!
Like the wise Albert Einstein once said, “Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.” So obviously Einstein is trying to show that we could all use a lesson on the value of a good barter. And this little octopus has it down to a T! He’s comical, well-spoken, and very convincing. So please, take a minute and really digest this octopus’ argument. I’m sure he would have made it out alive were it not for his bout of bad luck. Poor fellow.
