If you’re someone with a brain, (and if you’re reading this, assumption made), then there is a certain trend with TV vampires in particular that you’ll have noticed. There are basically two types of hot hunkiness, the ones trying to be good, and the ones reveling in their evil. The good guys are nearly always in a constant state of broody self-loathing over past misdeeds — you know, the pesky mass killings — and worry about giving in to their darker, violent (i.e., seeexy) natures once more.
The bad guys? At first, they’re always looking out for number one, and killing nearly as much for the fun of it as for the needing-blood-to-stay-undead of it. But guess what?! They all slowly open up and realize they kind of want to be good too, and it’s nearly always thanks to the love of a good woman. Or, rather, they love a good woman, and she resists them, making her all the more appealing. She usually gives in eventually, though, because you know what’s even more irresistible than a dangerous guy? A dangerous guy showing his vulnerable side. Cue the epic lady swoon!
Seriously, just take a look at these vamps. Be amazed at their eerie similarities, and realize how little you care. Get them alone in a room, they might kill you, or they might rock your world, or hey, they might do both. But isn’t that all part of the appeal? Yes. Yes it is.

Look at those smoldering gazes. Just try not to stare right back. Just … try … Nope. Can’t resist.
The fact of the matter is this: all of these vamps are super hot. Good, bad, somewhere in between. It doesn’t matter. You really can’t lose in the looks department with these dudes. So for now, we can forgive their similarities. It’s the least we can do, right? Besides offering up our dainty necks. And I bet some of you would do that, too! You know who you are, you damn dirty harlots.

I’d be down for Spike or Mitchell (crossing types), but only if no weres about.
