Sunday

I’m going to be honest: I can’t even remember Rebecca Douche-Sack’s original version of “Friday.”  Mostly because I was busy kicking Juan’s ass in Take a Shot Whenever She Says “Friday” (right after #WinningChug If Your Name’s “Shirley,” And Again If Your Last Name’s “Wench”), and partially because Shut Up and Take It’s spoof, “Sunday,” completely wiped the original from my mind.  Where “Friday” was a one-night stand, “Sunday” doesn’t even need to buy me a drink first — ever.

The best part about this spoof is the fact that it didn’t friggin’ give me premature hangover mid-watch.  And after I woke up and managed to unstick my face from my keyboard (Chug Whenever You Laugh So Hard You Piss Your Pants), I was actually able to aim my mouse at the play button again.

It really captures the mindblowing stupidity of the original as well as the many joys I get from a few shots of Jack Ds.  It doesn’t hold back; the stark realism of the creeper, Pastor Joe, and waking up in dumpsters after what they’ll assume was a good night really brings me back to my own childhood.  And last week.

So thank you, Rebecca Whack, Shut Up and Take It.  We should probably get in touch with a psychic or genealogist or someshit.  Something tells me you’re the kid my dad spawned with that Home Depot hussy.
