Django and Friends! Django teaches our youth valuable lessons through timeless kids shows. I mean they are the future generation leaders to the world. Who’d be better than a guy who was educated in the school of hard knocks?
Django Street
On a special inner city street, the inhabitants, both human and puppet, teach preschool subjects with comedy, cartoons, violence, and songs. Django teaches kids how to count, sharpen their knives, and informs them which letters are silent.
Django and the Big Blue House
Django lives in a Big Blue House with his friends. Every day Django uses his reassuring presence to help solve problems and explore a different topic of the day like how many bounties are Dr. Shultz and Django getting today. He also frequently talks to his other friends, Calvin Candie, who tells stories and sings nursery rhymes, and Mr. Stephen, who helps provide ‘The Big Picture’.
Mister Django’s Neighborhood
Django uses his gentle charm and mannerisms to communicate with his audience of children. Topics centered on nearly every inconceivable matter of concern to children, ranging from everyday fears related to going to sleep, getting shot, stealing horses, and disappointment about not getting one’s way. Django uses simple songs and, on nearly every show, segments from the Neighborhood of Candieland to make his point. Viewers could travel to this make believe land of happiness in a carriage and on the way watch people be eaten alive by dogs. Yum!
Django the Explorer
With the use of his magical saddle bags and map to find his wife Broomhilda, Django goes on adventures through the south and runs into many friends along the way, who he then kills for money. Every adventure comes with a new lesson and a wide variety of educational words.
Django in Pajamas
Django in pajamas
Hear him coming down the stairs
Django in pajamas
He’s still coming down the stairs
Django in pajamas
Now he’s chasing teddy bears?
‘Cause on Tuesdays
They all try to
Catch him unawares.
Django in pajamas
Hear him coming down the stairs…again
Django in pajamas
He’s still coming…
Django in pyjamas
He’s gonna kill those teddy bears
‘Cause (he’s tired of their fluffy teddy bear happy fun time shit and hates pajamas and really just wants to sleep but can’t because…) They catch them unawares
