Hello again, all my cat and human friends! Today Frida taught me the word for “cat” in Spanish. ¡Gato! Who would have thought Spanish had such a beautiful word?
Now, you wouldn’t think it to look at me, but I know a thing or two about online dating. I few years ago I signed up at mycatismybestie.com, and, not to brag, but I got a date from it. No small feat, since there are only three men registered on the site. His cat, Jubilee, didn’t get alone with Skittles, so we never met again, but that’s for the best, really.
But this…this is the dating video I wish I’d made. The original is already amazing. She cares so much about cats, and I completely sympathize! It’s like we were meant to be friends. If I were a man looking for my non-feline companion on a dating site, I’d e-mail her right away.
And then, to put a cherry on top of purrfection, it got changed into a song! Complete with a kitty backup band! Look at their little paws playing the piano. I downloaded it onto Skittle’s iPod, and we’ve been humming the tune all day.
Yamama says a real lady saves her first dance for her wedding reception, but this song is just so catchy! I’d feline-in’ to you if I said my toes aren’t tapping!
