Comediva Pick: All My Exes (Featuring Amy Poehler and Fred Armisen)

In this episode of All My Exes, comedian Chelsea Peretti interviews Amy Poehler and Fred Armisen — a well known couple that she banged for a week straight. Without having to say much more, this is already pretty hilarious.I admire Chelsea Peretti not only because she’s a female comedian, but because she tastefully tests her audiences and is GOOD at it. If you ask me, it’s a pretty hard task for anyone to successfully execute a raunchy threesome joke with lesbian undertones and come off as smart and, dare I say, funny. Also, how many comics can get Amy Poehler and Fred Armisen to “sleep with them” for an entire week AND shoot a ridiculous video? Not very many — at least I think.

In the video, the fact that Fred refuses to see that Chelsea and Amy share quite the connection is awesomely hilarious. “Uh-oh, I can’t cwose my wegs,” says Fred as he desperately tries to display some bizarre sort of sexual appeal to the girls, who quite frankly seem ready for some more action — sans Fred. Talk about discovering your inner desires! Similar to my finding out that I can be somewhat jealous of a girl on girl relationship… wait, that’s not what I meant…

Bottom line is, All My Exes is a hilarious series and Chelsea Peretti is pretty darn awesome. Plus, who wouldn’t want to be involved in a three-way with Amy and Fred? No? Just me again? Great.
